I receive automated calls over 20 times per day from this number. When I call back it rings twice and automatically hangs up. Isn't that illegal? All the caller ID shows is that the calls are from Mason, OH.I cannot tell if this number is affiliated with Macy's or any business. But, whichever the business, they should be ashamed of themselves.

My credit union's billpay takes 1 day to email me after a bill shows up, and it takes a minimum of 2 days and up to 4 days to pay a bill which really cuts down on the time window available to pay a bill. Had a couple of close calls so I've begun starting the billpay as soon as I see a bill.

I've received these calls from 3 different numbers now: 513-573-8030, 513-573-8031 & 727-556-7300 all Macy's. My caller ID has more than 5 calls a day listed for some of these numbers & just less than 10 minutes apart. I returned one of them (after reading these & finding out it was Macy's) asked them to provide all information on the account before proceeding.It seems my payment in full for a relatively small amount charged (less than $100.00) didn't hit their bank until a day or two after the due date so a $25.00 late fee was added along with a $2.00 per month fee.I hung up & paid the balance through my checking bill pay NOT over the phone to these people; the account is now closed but the calls haven't stopped. I would encourage everyone with a Macy's account to close it. Macy's has nothing that can't be bought elsewhere & if I have to get something there & need to charge it I'll use my Visa/MasterCard but I will not reward these abusive & relentless business practices. If you think "I always pay my bills so this won't be an issue" think again. I am meticulous about paying the bills on time to keep my credit rating high but the bill pay can get delayed.

Received the call, they hung up. The boiler room tele-sales people have robo-dialers which dial multiple numbers simultaneously. The first person to answer get the sales pitch. If you're late picking up the phone, you don't get a chance to talk to the sales person. Better than paying to block the call or calling the FCC, I simply gave this number a custom ring tone. The tone is "none". So the phone doesn't ring. It vibrates, however, which gives me a some satisfaction knowing I'm not giving them the satisfaction of reaching me. They never leave a message.

Male caller I spoke to. Called me at 0820hrs. Said a name of a firm but don't remember. Mentioned a name of household. I asked what is this regarding and he asked if it was my wife's name. I just now made a call using my work international phone (carrier is AT&T out of the United States) from Colombia to the US and it showed up on the other person's phone as this 310 number even though my number is really 415 area code. So above post is correct - this 310 number is for calls coming out of Colombia.

alright guys...That number is a router out of Colombia.... so if anyone is calling with a calling card or from an internet cafe you are probably going to have that same number on your ID or a similar number..310 area code is a Comcel number..( a Colombian phone company). don't worry, it is not a prank. if someone calls and you don't hear anything is probably a bad reception, a delay, or someone that probably mixed the numbers up and called you instead of calling his/her friend or relative.cheers mates

If you Google it, it is an Indian call service center with 2 American locations, New Jersey and Georgia. They probably got info from a broker who sells names,addresses, phone numbers, etc. Just think of them as a "direct marketer" for some product or service.

I checked,and the number belongs to All Sec Technologies of India and have some sort of connection with Google! They appear to offer services of a variety of financial nature including the sale of investments, collections, and I was surprised how many American businesses seem to use their questionable services. If you have Caller ID, you will first see the call coming in as Unknown Name Unknown Number. If you don't pick up, they will promptly call again and try to leave a voice mail message that automatically links you to them involuntarily. Don't let the message get to the point of linking and delete it promptly. They'll give up eventually when it is clear no one is going to respond.
